How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders typically ship out either the same day or the next business day. Please note that we are closed on all major US holidays and that delivery times may vary slightly during holidays and peak shipping seasons. If your socks are required for an event or specific date, we highly recommend that you purchase expedited shipping.

Once you receive your order confirmation email, please closely review the shipping address for accuracy; errors and omissions with the address will cause delays. Customs delays could have an impact on international delivery times.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For domestic (US) orders, we typically utilize the US Postal Service and UPS. Smaller, lightweight orders are generally shipped via the USPS while larger, heavier orders are usually shipped via UPS. Expedited orders are usually sent via FedEx or UPS.

For countries not listed, we utilize the US Postal Service who then hands the package off to your local mail carrier once your order arrives in the destination country.

For non-US orders, please add your phone number to your order so that the carrier can contact you if needed.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. We will also send you an email notification when your order is delivered. If you haven’t received a tracking email by the following business day, be sure to check your spam folder. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Please note: be sure to check your mailbox for your order. The USPS typically does not leave packages at the door if they will fit in your mailbox.

Shipments to Canada and Australia will be trackable door-to-door by FedEx.

Will I be charged taxes or duties?

Canadian and Australian orders are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all taxes and duties are already paid on your behalf. You will be assessed no additional charges upon delivery.

For international orders outside of Canada and Australia, your order will be shipped under DDU terms (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As a result, we are not responsible for any local duties or taxes; however, using the US Postal Service means that our customers very rarely incur any sort of duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We have a 90 day no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your socks within the first 90 days, we will promptly issue a replacement pair or fully refund you. If your order includes multiple pairs, we kindly ask that you only open and try on one of the pairs.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be fully processed. Refunds are only issued to your original method of payment.

Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Any items from your order not included in your return shipment will be deducted from the value of any refund. This includes accessories such as gift boxes, shoe horns, laundry bags, etc.

International Returns

For orders outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Please ship your return (with all duties and taxes prepaid) to:

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please email us at Be sure to include your order number and any applicable details. If you are a US-based customer, we will then email you a prepaid return label. Please provide thorough information so that we can quickly process your request.

Regardless of how your original order was shipped, all of our prepaid return shipping labels are for the USPS. For your convenience, you may place your return shipment in your mailbox or drop if off at your local Post Office. Be sure to remove or cover any other labels on the package.
