How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all US orders.

Expedited shipping is available for US orders at a cost of $6.95. These orders usually arrive in 2-3 business days and will be shipped either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS's expedited options.

Canadian orders ship via USPS for a flat $12.95 and are typically delivered in 7-10 business days but may take longer. Shipping to Canada via the USPS typically eliminates any additional duties, taxes or fees however we cannot guarantee this.

All other international orders under 4 pounds (lbs.) ship for $19.95 via the USPS and are typically delivered in 14-21 business days. Expedited UPS shipping is available for $29.95 and will ensure delivery within 7 business days. If your shipment exceeds 4 pounds (lbs.) it will ship via UPS for $24.95 and will be delivered within 7 business days. All shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Please note: international orders are shipped under DDU terms (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As a result, we are not responsible for any local duties or taxes.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders ship out either the same day or the next business day. Most US orders are delivered within five business days, but may take longer during peak shipping seasons. International orders shipped via the USPS may take up to 21 days to be delivered. International orders shipped via UPS will be delivered within 7 business days. Please note that customs delays could have an impact on international delivery times.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For domestic (US) orders, we utilize the US Postal Service and UPS. Smaller, lightweight orders are typically shipped via the USPS while larger, heavier orders are usually shipped via UPS. 

For international (non-US) orders, we utilize the US Postal Service who then hands the package off to your local mail carrier once your order arrives in the destination country.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. We will also send you an email notification when your order is delivered.
Please note: for domestic orders shipping by US Postal Service, be sure to check your mailbox for your order. The Post Office typically will not leave the package at your door if it will fit in your mailbox.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We have a 90 day no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your socks within the first 90 days, we will promptly issue a replacement pair or fully refund you.

Even beyond this 90 day period, if you are unhappy with your socks or believe that they may be defective, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to rectify the issue.

International Returns

For orders outside of the United States, return shipping costs are incurred by the customer. Please ship your return to:

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please email us at service@boardroomsocks.com. Be sure to include your order number and any applicable details. If you are a US-based customer, we will then email you a prepaid return label. Please provide thorough information so that we can quickly process your request.

Regardless of how your original order was shipped, all of our prepaid return shipping labels are for the USPS.
