Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free for all US orders.

Domestic (USA): Free Economy Shipping (3-5 Business Days) on all US orders. Expedited (2-3 Business Days) is available for $9.95. We utilize the USPS, UPS and FedEx. Expedited orders typically ship via UPS or FedEx.

Canada: $12.95 USD (Delivered in 3-5 Business Days by FedEx). Taxes are collected at checkout and the shipping is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). There will be no surprise charges and no additional fees at delivery.Delivered by FedEx and fully trackable door-to-door.

Australia: $15.95 USD (Delivered in 5-7 Business Days by FedEx). Your order will be delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning there will be no surprise charges and no additional fees at delivery. Delivered by FedEx and fully trackable door-to-door.

All Other Countries: All other international orders ship for $19.95 via the USPS and are typically delivered in 14-21 business days. Please note: these are shipped under DDU terms (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As a result, we are not responsible for any local duties or taxes; however, using the US Postal Service means that our customers very rarely incur any sort of duties or taxes.

All orders usually ship out either the same day or the next business day.

Domestic (USA): Most US orders are delivered within 5 business days but may take longer during peak shipping seasons. If you purchased expedited shipping, your order will arrive 2-3 business days after shipment.

Canada: Your order will be delivered in 3-5 business days by FedEx.

Australia: Your order will be delivered in 5-7 business days by FedEx.

All Other Countries: All other international orders are shipped via the USPS and, on average, are delivered within 14-21 business days.

We have a 90 day no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your socks within the first 90 days, we will promptly issue a replacement pair or fully refund you. If your order includes multiple pairs, we kindly ask that you only open and try on one of the pairs.

About Our Socks

Our socks are available in two size ranges: US Shoe Sizes 8-12 and US Shoe Sizes 13-16. Please note that our selection of size 13-16 socks is limited at this time, but can be found here. These larger socks use more materials and have a longer runtime on the knitting machines, so they are priced slightly higher.

We describe our dress socks as a "medium" thickness; they are slightly thicker than those made by European brands and slightly thinner than dress socks found in department stores.

Our socks deliver the perfect balance of durability and comfort.

All of our socks are made locally in North Carolina, impacting dozens of jobs in our community. Our commitment to North Carolina is why an outline of the state is included in our logo.

To begin with, be sure to use a small knife or pair of scissors to remove the piece of cardboard holding the socks together; if you pull it off, you may put a hole in the socks.

When laundering your Boardroom Socks, we recommend washing them inside out on a cool or warm setting. If possible, you should air dry them. If not, they can be tumble dried on low. To simplify the laundering process, use one of our sock laundry bags.
